The Opportunity Within this role you will be pivotal to the success of the Professional Construction provision the College delivers to 150 students from across the East Midlands. The team you'll be joining is energetic and diverse, with colleagues ranging from recent graduates to those with over 35 years' experience within the construction industry to those who have been teaching with us for 6 years.
You'll be working adult learners who are employed within the housing industry and enrolled on housing courses with our college such as the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing qualification.

About youTo excel in this role, you'll ideally have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a housing (housing related) organisation at officer level or above, for example, homelessness charity, local authority, sheltered accommodation or a housing organisation. You'll be able to teach modules relating to housing qualifications from CIH and have a housing (housing related) qualification at level 4 (Certificate) or above.
